Saavi Media Consulting ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") is a Wisconsin limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the State of Wisconsin. By accessing or using the website located at saavimedia.com (the "Site") or engaging with any services offered by Saavi Media Consulting, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"). All services are rendered by Saavi Media Consulting as a business entity, not by any individual in a personal capacity.

2. Services

Saavi Media Consulting provides business consulting, operations management, AI strategy, strategic business planning, hiring and team development, website development, and voice assistant development services. All services are subject to individual written service agreements executed between Saavi Media Consulting and the client.

No service relationship is created by visiting this Site or submitting a contact form. A formal engagement commences only upon execution of a written service agreement and receipt of any required payment. Saavi Media Consulting reserves the right to decline any engagement at its sole discretion.

3. Use of the Site

You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use this Site in any manner that:

5. Booking, Consultations, and Payment

Complimentary strategy calls are offered at no charge and are subject to availability. Paid consulting engagements require a signed service agreement and are subject to payment terms outlined therein. All fees are quoted and payable in United States Dollars.

Client cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid or a rescheduling fee as specified in the applicable service agreement. Saavi Media Consulting reserves the right to reschedule appointments with reasonable advance notice and shall not be liable for any damages resulting from such rescheduling.

6. Confidentiality

Saavi Media Consulting treats all client information with strict confidentiality. Information shared during consultations or service engagements will not be disclosed to third parties without your express written consent, except as required by applicable law or court order. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

7. No Professional-Client Relationship

The information provided on this Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, accounting, or professional advice. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SAAVI MEDIA LLC, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THIS SITE OR OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, OR LOSS OF DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL SAAVI MEDIA LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO SAAVI MEDIA LLC FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Saavi Media Consulting and its members, managers, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms and Conditions or your use of this Site.
